Severin Rhys Braham
Owner
Born and raised in Santa Monica and Malibu, Severin Rhys Braham (Sev) has three decades of personal experience in Los Angeles. Having graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2017, Sev has spent most of his professional life directing hundreds of transactions for some of the top teams in LA. As an agent himself with Compass, Sev understands (probably more than any other photographer/videographer out there) the impact that quality marketing materials have in a successful agent's business strategy, as well as the importance of timeliness in receiving them.
Looking for a creative outlet to spend his free time and having had a passion for cameras his entire life, Sev noticed a gap in the market for high-quality content creation in the Los Angeles real estate industry. He realized that many agents, including himself, would like to showcase themselves and their properties to a larger audience but are either struggling to painstakingly create content on their own while juggling the other demands of their career (where the finished product oftentimes doesn't bring in the results they’d like) or are at the mercy of working with one of the few skilled vendors in the area with long turnaround times who can be tough to schedule and typically outsource their editing to online vendors - removing any artistic essence from the equation and leading to photos that look more like renderings than real life. Sev calls this the ‘cat-fish’ effect and has witnessed the disappointment that it can cause firsthand. Sev strongly stands by his position of providing beautifully tasteful, realistic content on a quick turnaround time and sees post-processing as a craft that he truly enjoys honing.
Severin is known for his approachability, skillful ability to authentically connect with others, and tireless commitment to his work and his clients -- both of his media company and as an agent. A naturally engaging people-person with a love for international travel, Sev loves using his cameras to showcase the world from new and unique perspectives.

Emma Rae Steenvoorde
Director of Operations
Emma Rae Steenvoorde serves as the Director of Operations for Sev in LA. Born and raised in the South Bay of San Francisco, Emma's journey in the world of real estate began at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she graduated with a degree in construction management. This provided her with a strong foundation and technical expertise in the intricacies of the real estate development process.

Her educational background, combined with her natural flair for design and commitment to delivering excellence in every project she undertakes makes Emma an incredibly valuable partner of the team.
